There are few people in the world with as much influence as Oprah Winfrey, and Dina Lohan hopes that the network chief / talk-show host will use that influence for the better in steering daughter Lindsay Lohan toward the light. Lindsay is scheduled to appear in an eight-part miniseries on Winfrey's network following her most recent rehab stint.

"Oh, it's fantastic," Dina told E! News. "If anyone is going to help mentor you, it's going to be Oprah."

Lindsay is currently undergoing a 90-day rehab session following a car accident in 2012. However she's already got a full schedule for when she gets out, beginning with an exclusive 90-minute interview with Winfrey. The talk show host has already gotten Lance Armstrong to come clean, so the details from Lohan should be just as good. The actress will also make an appearance at the Venice Film Festival for the movie "The Canyons," in which she stars.

The miniseries will begin filming in August and is set to air in 2014. A title hasn't been announced yet. Dina says that the show will at least partially revolve around the family theme, so viewers should expect to see her and Lohan's siblings in tow. The show will definitely not take place at Dina's Long Island home however, as Lindsay will be living on her own in New York City once again when she leaves rehab.

"Lindsay is 27, my kids all have their own places," she said. "She's not going to move back home. She'll be getting an apartment in New York. She'll be in New York. It's great because [sister Ali] is in New York with Welheminia models. Michael is in New York. My other little guy [Dakota] is 17 and he's still at home and going to St. Anthony's. The rest may come home to mom, but they don't want to live with me."
