Chris Brown cannot seem to get off the radar of the Los Angeles District Attorney's office. On the heels of Breezy's May alleged hit-and-run incident, the L.A. DA has filed legal documents asking a judge to revoke Chris Brown's probation for his 2009 assault on Rihanna, according to TMZ .

The D.A.'s legal docs claim Brown "willfully and unlawfully" broke the law in the hit-and-run case, according to TMZ. Chris Brown has maintained via social media that he did everything by the book with respect to the fender bender.  Additionally, Olga Gure-Kovalenko, the driver of the car Chris hit does not want him prosecuted and is not seeking any money because the accident was minor and no one was injured.

However, even if Olga does not want to press charges the, the D.A. will press on with the revocation, on the account that Brown has a duty to obey all laws as a condition to his probation, a source told TMZ.

The D.A.'s documents ask the judge to revoke his probation and immediately remand him into custody, however that will be decided in court. Unfortunately for the "Fine China" singer, If the judge in the case finds that he violated his probation from the 2009 Rihanna assault case he could face up to four years in prison.
