It's Tuesday, and that means new records have been sent out into the American market for anxious fans to support their favorite artists. Though this week is a little sparse for big name releases, there's still a little something for everyone.

Here are some of the new musical releases for the week of July 16:

Cody Simpson, Surfer's Paradise: Sixteen-year-old Australian pop star and Scooter Braun protégé (along with Justin Bieber) Cody Simpson dropped his second full-length album Surfer's Paradise. Full of fluffy, acoustic guitar driven pop songs, the singer already has fans swooning with its summer beats. Though the album is only eight songs long, the relaxed vibes bring forth a more poppy, much younger Jack Johnson.

Sara Bareilles, The Blessed Unrest:"Love Song" singer Sara Bareilles follows up 2010's Kaleidoscope Heart with The Blessed Unrest. Full of powerhouse vocals and gorgeous piano pop melodies, this album marks new territory and mature growth for the 33-year-old songstress. Her last album debuted at No. 1, so Bareilles has big shoes to fill, her own. However, as of press time, The Blessed Unrest was the top selling album on iTunes, so her success may be continued.

Ace Hood, Trials & Tribulations: Featuring hit single "Bugatti," Ace Hood dropped his fourth LP today. Guest spots from Lil Wayne, Meek Mill, Future and Chris Brown help round out the record. Though his vocals can be highly strained throughout the album, Ace Hood throws in some killer hooks and beats.

Mayer Hawthorne, Where Does This Door Go: The sassy neo-soul singer released his third album today. Full of songs trying to transition Hawthorne to the clubs, the album saw "The Walk" singer working with new producers, including hip-hop mega-producer Pharrell Williams on three of the album's tracks. Though the album can be swarmy at times, it's largely successful in expanding Hawthorne's audience.

Additionally, lectronic pop duo Pet Shop Boys released Electric and Chicago rocker Ezra Furman released The Year of No Returning. And no list would be complete without Kidz Bop 24.

Next week (July 23), Selena Gomez's debut solo alum Stars Dance, with lead single "Come & Get It" will be released, as well as The Smurfs 2 soundtrack featuring Britney Spears' "Ooh La La" and Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros third studio album.
