'Twilight' Stars Switch Places For Zach Braff Film...Will It Be Anna Kendrick or Ashley Greene for 'Wish I Was Here'?

Zach Braff is going to have an actress from "Twilight" in his film "Wish I Was Here" one way or another, but it looks like it's not going to be Anna Kendrick. The actor/director made the announcement that the studio was unable to align the shooting schedule with the schedule of the actress. Braff made the announcement that Kendrick couldn't take part in an e-mail sent to the film's backers (it was largely sponsored by Kickstarter). 

"Well, since you're having your first shot as being movie producer, it's time you experience something that happens a lot: Scheduling conflicts," Braff wrote. "We've tried our hardest, but we've been unable to figure out the lovely Anna Kendrick's scheduling conflicts with another movie she's doing. This happens all the time in movie-land. Putting the shooting schedule together is like planning 25 weddings: each day has so many moving pieces and locations. I love Anna so much and can't wait to work with her one day."

Kendrick is currently working on the film "The Last Five Years," a film-adaptation of an off-Broadway musical. She's also rumored to star as Cinderella in the upcoming filming of musical "Into The Woods." 

Still, Braff didn't do too bad with finding a replacement for Kendrick. He picked up her fellow "Twilight" star Ashley Greene. If replacing Anna Kendrick with Ashley Greene is the biggest problem the director had this week, he's not doing too bad for himself. The access will play Janine, a "cosplayer" and the love interest for the film's male protagonist (not Braff).
