Bill Clinton continued his run as one of the most fun figures in pop culture by crooning Robin Thicke's no. 1 single "Blurred Lines" in a video that has quickly gone viral.

Of course the downside is that Clinton himself is not singing the song, but rather the video is a well-edited series of short video clips arranged to make it seem that the former President is uttering lines like "I know you want it" and "must want to get nasty." The whole video is only 1:31 so it skips over less savory lines like "you're the hottest b---- in this place" (unfortunately), but it does feature a Barack Obama appearance in the place of famed falsetto Pharrell Williams. The clips are taken mainly from Clinton's speech at the Democratic National Convention, but also included are a few stump speeches and State of The Unions from his term in office. Obama's clip is more literally musical, coming from a humorous moment when the President sang Al Green's "Let's Stay Together."

The only thing missing is the barely-appareled models prancing around during Thicke's actual music video. Of course, Clinton probably doesn't want to be tied to any allegations of misogyny.

The video was produced by Barackdubs, a group that made similar videos starring President Obama singing Daft Punk's "Get Lucky" and Carly Rae Jepsen's "Call Me Maybe." Other parody versions of the "Blurred Lines" video have also gone viral, including the gender-swapped version released by burlesque group Mod Carousel.

There were rumors that George W. Bush was to deliver the guest verse from rapper T.I. but Barackdubs just couldn't make it happen.

We're kidding about that last one.
