Kenya Moore is proving she's so "Gone with the Wind Fabulous" sitting on a check for $600,000 to stay on the "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" reality show.

According to US Weekly, the former Miss USA, has signed back on to appear on the show and ready to start some drama, "Kenya is very happy to be back," an insider told the magazine.

The source dished about how much the other girls made in comparison to Moore,

"NeNe [Leakes], Kim [Zolciak] and Kandi [Burruss] make $800,000 a season but they can make more for doing certain special things, like Kim taking off her wig," another source added, "Phaedra and Porsha make $50,000 per season."

Moore faced some harsh questions about her income after she was faced with an eviction notice for her rented mansion. Moore was reportedly evicted from her Atlanta $3999-a-month mansion after her current landlord sued the "Real Housewife of Atlanta" celebrity for failing to pay $848 short and defaulting on the terms and conditions of the lease.

The owner, Conya Weems claims that she was $848 short and defaulted on the terms on the lease of the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home in the suburban Roswell mansion. The Weems is seeking $2500 in eviction fees and damages.

Judge Louis Levenson said that the lease didn't indicate that the $848 in alleged past late fees and utility bills as well as $4,500 in late fees for pool and lawn service fees and an eviction fee were considered late.

The unimpressed judge didn't know why the case was such a spectacle after someone whispered to him about the reality star's celebrity status he said, "These ladies don't like each other, do they? Nobody goes to court over $71.48, adding, "Why anyone would be fascinated by this case escapes me," he said. He then urged the two parties to resolve this without more court action. "A bad settlement is better than a good judgment."

The judge ordered the women to deal problems outside of court and Moore seemed to be pleased with his reaction at the lawsuit saying,

"The whole situation was embarrassing. I don't want to stay where I'm not wanted," she said. "There are plenty of great places in Atlanta for me to move to."
