Blake Shelton wanted to clear the air today when he must have seen his name once again grace the pages of the supermarket tabloids. This time, it would seem the tabloids have given Blake Shelton heart problems. Shelton was quick to get online and let the world know how wrong they were with a joke.

Blake Shelton's Twitter account responded quickly today as the "Boys Round Here" songster read the tabloids which said he was having a heart condition. Shelton loves to party and he loves to have a bit of fire water in his cup now and again... and again. That is what prompted him to make the joke that his fans are sure to appreciate.

Shelton's sense of humor and lack of a filter are what make his life so fun to pay attention to. He posts pictures of himself passed out on the couch in a huge chicken suit, he posts pictures of him flipping off various celebrities, he even posts tweets about he and his wife. Sometimes he gets a little angry and defensive when he feels someone has done him wrong, which is an admirable trait to have in the country community.
