Kourteny Kardashian, Mason Paternity Lawsuit DNA UPDATE: Michael Girgenti NOT The FATHER, Scott Disick Takes DNA Test And Passes, Model Still Suing

Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian released evidence that Disick is the actual father of three-year-old Mason.

According to E! News, Kardashian confronted the rumors of Michale Girgenti's claim that he is the father of Mason and denied any relations with the male model, "After three and a half years of rumors and lies being spread by an individual I met briefly at a photo shoot, I am setting the record straight that Scott is Mason's father." The 34-year-old reality star added, "While it saddens me to have to address these ridiculous lies - - especially when the truth was never in doubt - - this story must be put to rest."

Girgenti told TMZ that he believes the DNA results are fake and wants to pursue legal action because he believes the results may have been forged.

Kourtney's attorney, Todd Wilson commented on Girgenti's claim saying, "This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason," her attorney Todd Wilson told E! "Scott Disick is Mason's father."
