Sean Kingston, Carissa Capeloto Rape Lawsuit: Trail For 2010 Gang Rape After Justin Bieber Concert Set

A lawsuit against Sean Kingston claims that the rapper and his bodyguard gang raped a drunk teenager in his hotel room in 2010.

Carissa Capeloto says she was "obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent" when Sean's bodyguard picked the teen (now 22) up and placed her on top of the rapper and 3 men began raping her in his Seattle hotel room after a Justin Bieber concert.

Capeloto said she smoked marijuana and had 7-10 shots of vodka before the incident and was incoherent during the ordeal and was eventually rescued by her friend who entered the room and was later taken to the hospital.

The 22-yer-old is now suing for $5 million and says her life hasn't been the same since. Criminals charges filed against the rapper ere dropped in 2012 after cops concluded Capeloto was not credible enough a case.

The lawsuit trail is set for November.
