James Franco's Comedy Central roast was taped last weekend and the stars came out to poke fun at the former Oscars host and actor. The "Comedy Central Roast of James Franco" will air on Comedy Central Sept. 2 at 10pm ET and fans will get to see stars like Seth Rogen, Jonah Hill, and Bill Hader crack jokes at the expense of Franco. Veteran roasters such as Jeff Ross and Sarah Silverman were also present to take shots at Franco. Everything from Franco's 2011 Oscars hosting performance alongside Anne Hathaway, his poetry, and even his grandmother were fair game at the tapings. Comedy Central also announced that the airing of the roast would be available via live stream across the channel's various digital platforms. If you can't wait until Monday, we have some spoilers for you as far as which jokes stood out during the roast.

Veteran roaster, Jeff Ross showed up to the roast dressed like Franco's character in the movie "Spring Breakers." Ross also delivered his usual scathing jokes. "You never really said what was going on that night, man," Jeff Ross said to Franco (via USA Today). "You were like Billy Crystal-meth. You were a worse host than the AIDS monkey. The academy should have known when you combined Anne Hathaway and James Franco you get Anne Franco, which makes sense since you should have gone into hiding after that." Ross is known for being one of the more brutally funny comedians. He added, ""Face it, Franco, you and Anne Hathaway had the comedic chemistry of Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman."

Ross even poked fun at Franco's 92-year-old grandmother, according to USA Today. Ross said that Mitzie had "127" hours to live, playing off one of Franco's movie titles. Based on recaps, it sounds like Anne Hathaway was collateral damage for a lot of the jokes aimed at her and Franco's Oscars co-hosting gig.

Variety reports that Comedy Central will be live streaming the airing of the "Comedy Central Roast of James Franco." The live stream will be available on CC.com, their mobile and tablet sites, and their CC: Stand Up app on the XBox 360.

Seth Rogen was the roast master while the roasters list included: Jeff Ross, Sarah Silverman, Nick Kroll, Natasha Leggero, Jonah Hill, Bill Hader, Andy Samberg, and Aziz Ansari.
