Miguel DUI: 'Adorn' Singer Charged With Two Counts Of Drunk Driving

Singer Miguel has been charged with two counts of drunk driving after his August 15 arrest in Los Angeles.

According to TMZ, the "Adorn" singer was pulled over for his dark tints on his 2013 BMW X6 when police suspected him of being under the influence and found his blood alcohol level to be .10.

The singer has an appearance before a judge next week.

If you don't remember the singer you may remember his Billboard awards 'Adorn' performance when he decided to jump over a crowd of fans to land on the other side of the stage, when he accidentally -what we like to call it- "dropped kicked a female fan.

The shock was worn on the bystanders that stood next to the poor woman and Miguel's face for a brief second, who then went on to hit a high note.

The singer had problems in the past when he sung the same song in London and did a couple spins and fell off the stage, but not directly onto any fans. According to Globalgrind one fan wrote, "[I] thought he jumped into the crowd, only realized he slipped after watching the video back! Great performance nonetheless! Amazing concert...Amazing recovery! Lol."

The singer talked about the London fall on Power 105.1 The Breakfast club and explained that he's not as smooth as he looks, "I will say it myself, I'm the clumsiest person you'll ever meet."

Although, Radio personality Charlamagne Tha God admitted that he is a big fan of the singer, he gave him "Donley of the Day" for his Billboard mishap.
