Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian FIGHT: Lamar Enters Rehab For Alcohol And Drug Abuse Without Khloe Knowing, Is Marriage Over?

Khloe Kardashian is upset that her husband, Lamar Odom has entered rehab for drug and alcohol treatment without his "Keeping up with the Kardashians" reality star's knowledge.

According to People.com, a source says, "He realized he needs help."  Reports of Khloe urging her NBA star husband to go back to rehab made headlines, but was never confirmed by the reality stars. The Clippers baller may have been advised by his legal team to enter a rehab facility after he was pulled over on Los Angeles' 101 freeway and arrested for a DUI after he refused to take a substance test.

According to TMZ, Odom's estranged wife did not know he checked into rehab and was blindsided by the reports. Last summer Odom had checked into a rehab in San Diego, but never finished his treatment even though, Khloe allegedly hired security to stand outside his door 24 hours during his treatment.

The couple was thrown into media headlines after two women came forward about their explicit affairs with the former L.A. Lakers champion. The youngest Kardashian has been photographed without her husband -who moved out of their mansion- and without her wedding ring on numerous occasions.
