Rapper A$AP Rocky has been charged for slapping a female fan in Philadelphia after arriving late for his performance at the Budweiser 'Made in America' festival.
According to TMZ, the victim came forward and filed a complaint at the District Attorney's Office after receiving whiplash injuries. The young female says the rapper got physical after running through a crowd of dancing females when several women grabbed onto his shirt and wouldn't let go. The rapper became enraged and slapped the victim across her face.
The D.A. has charged the rapper with a misdemeanor simple assault.
The rapper received horrible reviews for his Saturday performance after being several minutes late during a tight schedule set and only performed about 4 songs while other artist ran through with their sets with on time. The rapper addressed the crowd sating, "I know I'm a little late, sorry for my tardiness. I apologize for all of that."
A source that worked behind the scenes said that the rapper wasn't late on purpose, "He just had transportation issues. Something like a late flight or traffic issues I heard."
The rapper has had a history of being pretty violent. Footage was been obtained of rapper A$AP Rocky almost getting into a fight with a security guard after trying to leave the MTV VMAs with Victoria Secret model Chanel Iman.
Bossip.com got the exclusive video of the rapper pushing his rumored girlfriend, Chanel Iman to the side then jumping in the rapper's face without hesitation.In the backgroiund you can hear a famale saying "He wanna leave. He don't wanna stay," The female added, "He doesn't want to do the red carpet." The security guard and the 24-year-old rapper were separated and preceded to the red carpet for more photos.

The "F**king Problems" rapper let steam off when he gripped his date and kissed her in front of the flashing cameras and hundreds of fans on the red carpet. The Harlem rapper was nominated for hisnumber one song, "F-kin Problems" in the Best Hip-Hop Video category.
Sounds like A$AP Rocky is having a lot of "F-kin Problems!"
