Kelly Osbourne is planning to launch her first plus-size clothing line in September 2012.

Osburne first revealed her new business launch at the Hollywood's BeautyCon L.A. Summit August 24 telling an audience, "I had one of the most exciting meetings of my life this week -- it pretty much green-lit my clothing line," She added, "When I sat down in this meeting and they said, 'Yes, you have creative control and of course you can do plus size,' I was like, 'It's happening!'"

The "Fashion Police" host explained that her clothing line will be trendy and sure to make a fashion statement to channel her own stylish looks, "It still has to be very me -- quirky," she explained, "[But] that's me, so I have to [also] have something slightly normal."

Osbourne struggled with her own weight admitting she lost 50 pounds to get in shape and become healthier, "People think I lost weight and that's what made me happier. That's not true: I had to learn to love myself first," Osbourne told British Cosmopolitanspinoff mag.

According to OMG Yahoo, the celebrity confessed that the quest to become healthy and skinnier hasn't been that easy, "Losing weight was just one benefit of putting the hard work in and sorting myself out on the inside first through therapy. That was one of the scariest times of my life. I swear I've never felt more naked, because I had to actually be me and couldn't mask it."

The former "Dancing With the Stars" contestant says she wants to give "chubby girls" clothing that she always wanted to wear when she was 70 pounds heavier, "I've always been really into fashion. It's just that my fashion choices at an early age were really odd and they still are. I have grown to understand, as much as I don't like it, that the fashion world doesn't really want to listen to what a little chubby girl has to say."

She added,  "When I lost weight and started to wear the clothes I always wanted to wear but didn't fit into, that's when [my perception within the industry] really started to change. It did give me a bit of a bittersweet feeling towards the fashion world."
