It's been a while since fans have heard new music from G-Unit rapper 50 Cent. His last record, "Before I Self Destruct" was released in 2009 to moderate reviews and moderate success. Now, a new song from 50's upcoming album "Street King Immortal," "Warning You," featuring Skylar Grey, leaked onto the web yesterday (Sept. 5).

"Warning You" is frankly not the comeback song 50 Cent needs. The mid-tempo track lulls at the hook, and the normally talented Grey sounds bored. 50 himself has lost some of his game over the years and sounds like he's rapping with a mouth full of rocks. It's doubtful he'll ever have another "In Da Club" or "Candy Shop," but this song isn't even in the same stratosphere as those 2000s hits.

However, it's unknown whether or not "Warning You" is even intended to be a single.

50 Cent addressed the leaks on his Twitter account. "Damn I may have lost this ALBUM SH!t leaking off my old drive. This is crazy. #smsaudio," he wrote, and then addressed the song's title. It was reportedly called "Don't Turn On Me" at first and has since been retitled. "Look it's ever were a joint I did called DON'T TURN ON ME. it out now titled I'm warning you #smsaudio," he said.

According to his Twitter, it is in fact Grey singing the hook on the song, and that Alex da Kid produced the track. In it's current leaked state, "Warning You" isn't mixed or completely finished.

Listen to "Warning You" by 50 Cent featuring Skylar Grey below.

"Warning You" is reportedly from "Street King Immortal." The rapper is setting up to release his fifth studio album, "Street King Immortal." The record has faced several setbacks and was supposed to be due out in Nov. 2012 and February of this year. There's no official release date yet for the record, but it's supposed to come out before the end of the year.
