Evelyn Lozada finally admitted what was the spark that enraged NFL star Chad Johnson to become physical with his former wife. The NFL athlete headbutt the "Basketball Wives" reality star after a heated argument in hi luxury car when she discovered a receipt for condoms just weeks after their marriage.

In a recent episode of BBW, Lozada sat down with her former therapist who counseled her and Johnson before their marriage and explained to her what pushed him to get physical with her.

Lozada said she "would never bring kids into this (marriage)." It was these words that enraged him, Lozada claims. "It was like he blacked," she told the therapist. Lozada went on to say that he hit her in the face while inside of a vehicle.

In an interview with Access Hollywood, "Basketball Wives" reality star, Evelyn Lozada admitted that she would have never gone back to Chad Johnson if the abuse was kept private.

"I had physical scars. Obviously, I had to go to the hospital. I'm going to admit if there wasn't, I probably would have went right back in that house and would have brushed it under the rug...I wouldn't have wanted the world to know," Evelyn told Access Hollywood.

During the season opener fans watched Lozada break down about the breakup and the backlash from Johnson's fans, she now looks back at the experience as a total blessing, "I consider it such a huge blessing. Even though it was a very traumatic time for me...It's a huge blessing. As Iyanla Vanzant told me: 'I was a lesson to him, and he was a blessing to me.'"

She added, "It's still difficult even though it was a year ago, just having to watch it all over again. That was literally right after everything happened," said Evelyn. "It was hard. I'm trying to move on with my life and now the show's airing, so just having to deal with it all over again..."
