The Ohio State Buckeyes head to Memorial Stadium in Berkeley, California to face the California Golden Bears Saturday, September 14th. Game time is 7pm ET tonight as the fourth ranked Buckeyes look to move to 3-0 on the young 2013 college football season. Obviously, Ohio State has the better team on paper and is the heavy favorite going into tonight's game, but don't underestimate the Golden Bears who gave the Buckeyes a thriller in Columbus last year. Urban Meyer's Buckeyes have their sights set on a national title game, but a loss to California would all but knock them out of that race.

Two big things for fans to watch for are the Golden Bears high powered passing offense and the health of Buckeyes quarterback Braxton Miller. Despite being 1-1 and unranked, California has a fast paced offense and the top ranked passing offense in the nation, averaging 472.4 yards per game over their first two contests. Golden Bears freshman quarterback Jared Goff already has 935 yards passing in the first two games.

As for Miller's health, USA Today reports that he is currently questionable with an injured knee. Even if Miller doesn't play, Bleacher Report reports that Kenny Guiton will likely start.

As for the Vegas odds, Oddshark.com has Ohio State as 14.5 point favorites. It will be interesting to see how the Buckeyes defense does against the Golden Bears up-tempo offense, but I see Ohio State winning this game.
