Despite his profile as one of the biggest rappers in the game, it seemed like nobody really has any beef with "Holy Grail" rapper Jay Z. That is, until this year's Made in America Festival in Philidelphia. Following the rather odd treatment the rock band got at the musical extravaganza, lead singer Josh Homme has some choice words for Hova in a recent interview on CBC Radio 2's Strombo Show (via Spin).

Apparently, as Made in America, Jay Z took some different security options with the musical acts, which offended Homme and his bandmates. Homme was so weirded out by his treatment that he resorted to name-calling!

"That guy's a kook, you know. He has his security frisking the bands on the way in. I just told them, if you open my up bag, we're not playing," said Homme. "The idea that they frisked my guys means you're in a different place. I don't get this... No one's ever done that."

That wasn't all Homme had to say about Hova. He also thought that his "gifts" at Made in America were nothing but a marketing ploy. "Forget Jay Z. He also gave us some champagne, but then wanted us to take a picture with it. I was like, 'That's not a gift -- that's a marketing tool. I destroyed it, because I thought it was just rude overall."

The security measures at the beginning of the show were obviously the root of Homme's issues, though. "You shouldn't frisk my guys. You should f**k off," he added.

Seems like Queens of the Stone Age won't be returning to Made in America any time soon...
