Several reports confirm that Victoria's Secret CEO Sharen Jester Turney was involved in a scandelous two-year affair with real estate broker Cliff Donenefeld. The hugely successful 56-year-old buisnesswoman allegedly met Donenfeld at a party back in 2008.Turney's been married to husband Charles for over 20 years.

According to Page Six, things got so serious between Turney and Donenfeld that she was prepared to file for divorce. Donenfeld reveals:

"I was instrumental in every aspect of her life for two years. I was her sounding board, personally and professionally."

Apparently, 50-year-old Donenfeld met Turney at a private party and after hitting it off, the two had dinner together the next night. The romantic affair took off from there. Donenfeld even broke-up with his girlfriend and began traveling to New York, Florida, and Ohio (where the sexy lingerie line's based).

"Sharen said if I ended any other romantic entanglements, we could see each other every two weeks... [Sexually] I opened a door for her that was closed."

Eventually, Donenfeld secured an appointment with a New York-based lawyer for Turney to begin the divorce process. But according to the real estate broker, "She wanted to wait till after the holidays [at the time] to let her husband [Charles] know."

"We wanted to have a child... She said we could adopt," Donenfeld explains. Turney socialized with Donenfeld in Florida and introduced herself as his "girlfriend." She also promised him a luxurious home in Naples' Port Royal community. But instead of a house, he received an expensive Cartier watch. By 2010, the relationship started to dissipate." However, they still remained good friends.

Donenfeld will reveal his full side of the hot-and-steamy story in his upcoming tell-all, "Side Guys."

Recently, Donenfeld allegedly asked Turney if she'd serve as his reference as he tries to make a name for himself in the fashion world. She refused, and according to Donenfeld, "[I was] very hurt and disappointed... I never got any credit I deserved for what I did for her."

Page Six claims that a rep for Victoria's Secret's parent, Limited Brands, said the company does not discuss employees' personal lives. Turney has yet to respond to an e-mail requesting any comment.

Turney and her husband have a son (Matthew) together.
