Miley Cyrus took to the stage at Las Vegas' iHeartRadio Music Festival for the first time since breaking up with ex-fiance Liam Hemsworth over the weekend. During an emotional performance of her new hit song "Wrecking Ball," the 20-year-old songstress let out a flow of tears in response to such drama over the past few weeks. And that's not the only thing Cyrus let hang-out... her skimpy lingerie-inspired getup also gave the audience a good look of what appeared to be one painful camel toe! Read on for more deets.

Cyrus' raunchy performance at the iHeartRadio Music Fest on September 21 included the "We Can't Stop" beauty twerking alonside dancing, dressed-up dwarves. Check it out:

The song is clearly about losing the love of your life - in Cyrus' case, Hemsworth. So no wonder why she got so emotional, considering the couple broke things off earlier this month, and Hemsworth's apparently already moved on with Eiza Gonzalez.
