Vanessa Simmons Pregnant, Baby Girl Sonogram Instagram PHOTO: Rev Run's Daughter and Boyfriend Mike Wayans Expecting First Child, Family 'Thrilled'

Fashion designer Vanessa Simmons (daughter of hip-hop legend Rev Run) is pregnant with her first child from boyfriend Mike Wayans! Simmons posted a viral photo of her recent sonogram on Instagram... the happy couple can't wait to welcome a beautiful baby girl into the family!

On Monday (Sept. 30), Angela Simmons' sister posted this image on Instagram:

nesssimmons : "a little princess on the way."

Siblings JoJo and Angela Simmons also re-posted the picture, with Bow Wow's on-and-off again sweetheart adding, "I'm going to be an aunty."

Vanessa Simmons later told Global Grind, "Our families are super excited. Our baby is coming into two big families with lots of love and lots of joy. This is my family's first grandchild."

Simmons and Wayans (son of Damon Wayans) have been dating for over a year. No word if they're planning to tie the knot anytime soon.
