There's new music on the way from Justin Bieber, and the "Baby" singer keeps tweeting teasing messages to his Belieber fan base on his Twitter account. By his count, something new from Bieber is due to drop on Monday, Oct. 7.

Beginning on Sept. 27 -- before he set off to Asia for the next leg of his Believe Tour -- Bieber teased "Gonna have to let u know something big before I head to China." The following day he simply wrote, "#10days."

Since being in Asia, Bieber has been largely quiet on Twitter, except at midnight today (Oct. 2) when he reiterated his countdown with a simple: "#5days."

Though Bieber is being purposefully vague about the countdown, it's most likely that new music is on the way. In September, Bieber's manager Scooter Braun announced a series of upcoming projects for his various acts (which include The Wanted and Ariana Grande) on Twitter. One of the most notable tweets was "and yes... @justinbieber gives u some new music in October until December and then a special movie for Christmas."

The movie in question, of course, is "Believe: 3D," which has been teased for a December release multiple times on social media. However, an official release date has not been given.

The music in question, however, has not been confirmed. It could be a variety of projects, including "Heartbreaker," "Twerk" or one of the many songs that are a part of Bieber's music journals project. However, "Heartbreaker" is the most likely thing to drop. Bieber has long been teasing the release of his new single, and has previously stated that it will announce "suddenly" and "soon."

Whatever the new music is, Beliebers won't have to wait much longer. Expect something to drop from Bieber on Oct. 7!
