Back in September 2012, "Sons of Anarchy" star Johnny Lewis was found dead after plummeting from the roof of an L.A. home in Los Feliz. The 28-year-old actor allegedly beat his 81-year-old landlady Catherine Davis to death just moments before his fatal fall. Read more on the tragic story here:

Now, TMZ reports that months before his death, Lewis may have fathered a "secret" love child with actress Diane Marshall-Green (who once guest-starred on an episode of "SOA").

According to the infamous gossip webloid, Lewis' family recently filed court docs in L.A. County Superior Court to assist in dividing the actor's estate (valued at $41,000).

The documents claim that Lewis did not have a Will at the time of his death - therefore, his father believes that he and his wife should be named sole beneficiaries of the estate. But not so fast...

Before his death, Lewis believed that he may have fathered Marshall-Green's daughter (now three-years-old). According to TMZ, under a section of the court docs that lists possible beneficiaries, Lewis' father also listed Diane Marshall-Green and this young child. Lewis and Marshall-Green were never in an exclusive relationship.

Lewis' attorney claims that before he died, "The Runaways" actor was even seeking visitation rights. He truly believed this little girl could have been his daughter.

Meanwhile, Lewis' father denies such claims. He does not believe his son fathered Marhsall-Green's baby.

But if this kid does turn out to be Lewis', she's entitled to the entire estate. No family members were available to offer comment...
