Poor Adam Sandler. When fans go to type the 47-year-old actor's name into Google, Yahoo!, etc., one of the first pop-up links exclaims, "Actor - Adam Sandler Dies in Snowboarding Accident." This is NOT true - the "Happy Gilmore" funnyman is still alive and well. In fact, he's currently filming the 2014 RomCom "The Familymoon" alongside Drew Barrymore, Terry Crews, Joel McHale, and Wendi McLendon-Covey. Unfortunately, the morbid online death hoax continues going viral on Facebook, Twitter, and beyond. But don't believe the bogus rumors!

Apparently, the "RIP Adam Sandler" search trend just went viral again on Facebook. Of course, the death hoax quickly spread to Twitter:

@brett_hudson41: "Is adam sandler actually dead? Please tell me it's a sick joke" he ain't dead!"

@jamie_h2010: "Just got told Adam Sandler's dead is it true????"

@ammyrees21: "Please say adam sandler isn't dead :( I love him."

But that "tragic snowboarding accident" obituary? Yeah, it's FAKE!
