If a Believe 3D clip is what you want, a Believe 3D clip is what you will receive. As promised from the "Heartbreaker" singer, the second installation of Justin Bieber's Film Fridays arrived this morning (Oct. 18), giving fans yet another glimpse into the upcoming concert documentary.

From Bieber's camp, Believe 3D is touted as a revelatory movie, showing Bieber's side of the many controversies he's faced over the last year.

Last week's clip, wherein Justin Bieber and his crew goofed around about his mustache and growing up, was notably lighter fare than what fans saw this week. Entitled "#Smile," the movie snippet features Bieber opening up about how hard it can be to put on a happy front and smile in the face of inner turmoil or sadness.

"You always gotta keep a smile on your face, through all the negativity. You gotta hide your emotions sometimes, especially for me going on stage," he says. "I could be going through a big argument... and then I gotta go rise up on the toaster. I'm upset, and I don't want to have to smile and put on a happy... and be... but sometimes you just gotta suck it up."

"#Smile" is the second installation of Justin Bieber's Film Fridays, a series in which the teen heartthrob will release one new clip from Believe 3D every Friday until the film's Christmas Day release.

It's the second component to Music Mondays, where a new single will drop every Sunday at midnight. Bieber recently announced the third new song from that series: "Hold Tight."
