Justin Bieber's strip club adventure isn't the only incident causing some controversy for the "Boyfriend" singer. PopCrush reports that Bieber was photographed with a beer in his hand while at Texas nightclub NOX Houston. However, it seems as though Bieber himself won't be getting in trouble even though, if he was drinking, the 19-year-old would have been drinking underage. Instead, the bar Bieber was spotted holding the beer at, could get in trouble.

TMZ reports that someone from the bar's management told them that Bieber was just drinking water. However, the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission says that a complaint has been filed and they are investigating the incident. According to TMZ, Bieber is in the clear because he wasn't caught in the act of drinking. If ABC finds that Bieber was drinking, the bar's license could be on the line.

Although Bieber himself wouldn't face any legal trouble, if it was found that he was drinking and it cost the nightclub their license, it certainly wouldn't look good for the young singer. This is just another in what is becoming a long line of incidents.

Bieber's security was allegedly involved in a fight at a Dominican Republic nightclub earlier this week as well. Is it just me or is Bieber spending a lot of time at night clubs for a 19-year-old? HipHollywood reports that Bieber was attending a celebration at Jet Set Nightclub for Tueska. Bieber's security allegedly got into it with some fans in attendance and a fight broke out. A witness tells HipHollywood that no one was injured. You can watch HipHollywood's report on the incident below.

On the professional side, despite all of his off-stage drama, Bieber's career seems to be as hot as ever. Bieber is among a number of big stars nominated in YouTube's first ever awards show taking place on Nov. 3. Bieber is up for "Artist of the Year" and "Video of the Year" for "Beauty and a Beat."
