Jennifer Aniston pregnant with twins? Baby bump, fertility treatment rumors hit Justin Theroux's fiancee AGAIN, Couple already hiring nannies for future sons?

These Jennifer Aniston pregnancy rumors are getting a little out-of-hand.

Several gossip outlets have been reporting for MONTHS now that the former "Friends" starlet and her "Wanderlust" fiance Justin Theroux are "expecting twins." And according to Ok! magazine, the couple's already hiring nannies to take care of their future children.

The infamous gossip rag claims (again) that Aniston's currently undergoing some serious IVF fertility treatments. An alleged insider says that the 44-year-old actress is "hoping for twins." This source also adds that Theroux really wants two boys.

Funny - Ok!'s same cover issue blares the headline that Aniston's actually already preggo:

"Pregnancy exclusive: Justin is Thrilled! Twin boys for Jen! Jen's baby dream is finally coming true - and she's giving Justin TWO sons at once!"

The magazine even provides a "photo" of the twins' ultrasound:

But according to the actual report, Aniston's only HOPING to have twins soon. Doesn't make sense.

Anyway, another "snitch" claims that Theroux's already "taking the lead in interviewing and hiring two nannies and one extra bodyguard specifically for the twins."

Well, Gossip Cop recently talked to a source close to the actor who insists that this story is "totally made up."

Again, Aniston is not pregnant.
