The season is getting cooler and celebrities are warming up in the spirit with a super chic coat drive. This week, Kristin Bell's coat will go up for sale as part of the third annual Lolë Yellow Label Program. You can get an autographed coat from other stars spanning the spectrum of film and television. TV personality Beth Stern and soap star Lisa Rinna are also donating. Prior sales were from Jamie Chung (Real World star turned actress) and Elizabeth Rohm (Law and Order).

Proceeds go to the Ample Harvest, a program where gardeners donate their surplus harvest to 6,506 food pantries around the country. The motto is "no food left behind" and the overall concept of the Yellow Label Program is to reduce waste on multiple fronts. This fall, anyone can take part by contributing a gently-worn coat to a store in California or online. Those funds will go to local community programs like food kitchens.

In an entertainment-centric culture where excess is common -- especially in fashion -- the celebrity coat drive is reminder of the innovative ways you can be more sustainable in your ways of eating and dress. Even The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Kyle Richards is taking part. The cost for you is as little as $40.

The company behind the program, Lolë, provides activewear for busy women. The name stands for "Live Out Loud Everyday." You can follow the program on twitter until the end of November with #LOLEYL and check back for more celebrity coats each week.

Whose coat would you want in your closet?
