It's one of college football's fiercest rivalries and Saturday night it will be one of the 2013 season's biggest games. The No. 7 ranked Miami Hurricanes travel to Tallahassee to face the No. 3 ranked Florida State Seminoles. Both teams are 7-0 and both teams are playing to stay in contention for a possible spot in the national title game. Pretty simply, whichever team wins tonight, will boost their national title game stock big time.

If the Hurricanes can pull off the upset, they will not only continue their undefeated season, but will bypass one of the six teams ahead of them. Meanwhile, a victory for the third ranked Seminoles gets them just a little bit closer to one of those top two positions. After this week, neither team has a ranked opponent for the rest of the season. By no means clear sailing, but as close as you're going to get when you're playing for a spot in the national title game.

On paper, the Seminoles have the edge. They are third in the nation in average points per game and fourth in the nation in average points against. It doesn't get much better than that. Florida State has steamrolled pretty much every opponent except for Boston College, who they still beat by two touchdowns.

Miami meanwhile has won their last two games by a combined seven points. They have faced only one ranked opponent before this week and that was the then No. 12 Florida Gators who are no longer ranked. In order to have any chance of winning, the Hurricanes will need to find a way to slow down quarterback Jameis Winston. They can't expect to shut him down, but they need to limit the damage.

Despite this being a matchup of two top ten teams; OddsShark had Florida State as 21 point favorites at the opening. I want this to be closer than that, but despite both teams being ranked in the top ten, Florida State seems to be on another level. I predict Florida State wins in a high scoring game.

Game time is 8pm ET. The game will be broadcast on ABC and fans can watch the live stream on WATCHESPN.
