Kanye West's "Yeezus" tour is taking a break, and no, it has nothing to do with Kim Kardashian, their engagement, or their baby North West. Def Jam Music Group released a statement that was obtained by E! News that explained that multiple "Yeezus" tour dates need to be postponed due to damaged equipment. Some essential show props were damaged when the truck carrying them got into an accident.

"Yesterday, on the road to Vancouver, a truck carrying The Yeezus Tour's custom-made video truss and 60-ft circular LED screen was in an accident that damaged the gear beyond repair," the spokesperson from Def Jam Music Group said in a statement obtained earlier this week by E! News. "This gear is central to the staging of The Yeezus Tour, and central to the creative vision put forth by Kanye West and his design team at DONDA."

In case you haven't seen any videos or photos from West's "Yeezus" tour, his shows are pretty elaborate, with various special effects, props, and costumes. "As a result of this event, it is impossible to put on the show and The Yeezus Tour will be postponed until these essential pieces can be reengineered and refabricated," the statement continues to read. "Kanye West will not compromise on bringing the show, as it was originally envisioned and designed, to his fans. The Vancouver, Denver and Minneapolis dates have been postponed. Further details on the affected tour dates will be announced shortly."

In other Kardashian family news, and yes West is soon going to be an official member of the Kardashian family, E! News also reports that Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom were at West's show earlier this week. In fact, Kris Jenner, Kim, and Rob Kardashian were all reportedly among the group of family members visiting West's show.
