Just last week, X crooner Chris Brown got into a violent altercation that ultimately led to his arrest in Washington, DC. Breezy was eventually charged with misdemeanor assault... he later checked himself into rehab to help deal with his anger management issues. But according to an alleged LA Probation Department "insider," it's already too late. It's likely Karrueche Tran's beau will be sent to jail for AT LEAST two years... very, very soon.

Breezy's main problem still steams from his domestic abuse altercation with ex-girlfriend Rihanna back in 2009. He's still on probation for that inncident... and this recent arrest in Washington, DC definitely didn't help things...

Now, according to a MediaTakeOut.com snitch connected to the LA Probation Department currently working on Breezy's case, the decision's already been made. Authorities want the "Fine China" crooner sent to jail for up to four years... immediately.

According to the source, "[Chris'] lawyer can't really stop him from getting locked up. Only the judge can save Chris... but no one expects that to happen."

Apparently, the Department's already working on their brief to get Breezy locked-up for good. He could face imprionsment as early as next week.

Allegedly.

TMZ also reports that Breezy's checking into a rehab facility now is "too little, too late."

Another source familiar with the case tells TMZ, "Probation is gunning for this guy... They're embarrassed by what he's done over the last 2 years and they've had it."

Do Mstars fans believe the rumors - and does Breezy finally deserve serious jail time?
