Demi Lovato has been one of a number of popular guest stars on season five of "Glee." Lovato, who has enjoyed huge success in the world of pop, plays a character, Dani, who carries around a guitar. Howver, Lovato revealed recently that she had a completely different idea for the character. Lovato, who also stars as a mentor on another FOX show "The X Factor," wanted to perform rap covers on "Glee!"

Lovato's character has made an immediate impact on the latest season of "Glee" by coming in and winning the affections of Naya Rivera's character Santana. In fact, the two have shared kisses on the fifth season of "Glee." However, something tells me watching Lovato cover various rap songs would have made an even bigger impact.

"All of the songs I would want to sing on 'Glee' are rap songs that are totally inappropriate," Lovato revealed in "Glee's" welcome to Lovato video feature. "I think it would be so much fun. 'Mona Lisa' by Big Sean, I would do that in a heartbeat." Big Sean also happens to be Naya Rivera's real life fiancée. Lovato also mentioned Kelly Clarkson as another artist she would like to cover on the show, which is probably more up "Glee's" alley.

Lovato also made some news recently in an interview with Latina magazine where she reveals that in her heart she is ready to have babies. "I'm a Texas girl, so my instinct is to have babies early," the 21-year-old singer explains to Latina magazine. "In my heart I'm like, 'Okay, it's time to have babies!' But it's not. I have so much life ahead of me that I actually have to slow my roll. We'll see where my life is in five years, but I definitely see myself as a mom in 10."
