Move over Drake, Shady's back. Yes, Eminem's new album The Marshall Mathers LP 2 has debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and the "Rap God's" latest album has marked the second best sales week of 2013, leaving that previous record holder, Drake's Nothing Was The Same in the dust.

The Marshall Mathers LP 2 sold 792,000 copies in its first week, according to Billboard. That has Drake's silver medal of the year beaten by 134,000 copies. Nothing Was The Same sold 648,000 copies upon its release in September.

The best No. 1 debut of the year still goes to Justin Timberlake's strong return to music, The 20/20 Experience. Released in March, that record debuted with 968,000 units sold.

Of course, Em absolutely slaughtered the musical competition this week (selling 14 percent of all records sold this week), but he isn't the only artists at the top of the charts. Coming in at No. 2, Celine Dion's latest effort Loved Me Back To Life sold 77,000 copies, a decent showing any other week, but when the No. 1 outsells you ten times over, it looks a little sad.

But such is the state of the record industry.

The Robertson family of Duck Dynasty actually climbed the charts from last week with their holiday album Duck The Halls. The Christmas record rose 5 percent in sales, moving 73,000 copies and coming in at No. 3.

A familiar face, Katy Perry, came in at No. 4 with her previous chart-topper Prism, moving 61,000 albums. Meanwhile, another pop princess Avril Lavigne debuted on the chart at No. 5 with her self-titled record, selling 44,000 copies.

Nos. 6, 7 and 8 are familiar fare. Kelly Clarkson's sparkling Christmas album Wrapped in Red fell three spots to No. 6 (43,000 copies) The previous No. 2 record holder Nothing Was The Same fell two spots to No. 7 (37,000 copies) and Lorde's Pure Heroine held onto its No. 8 spot with 35,000 units sold.

Similarly, last week's No. 1, Arcade Fire's Reflektor stumbled down eight spots, coming in at No. 9 with 31,000 copies.

To round out the top 10, a cappella group Pentatonix's latest album PTX: Vol II sold 31,000 copies.

Next week, expect Lady Gaga's new, weird and wonderful effort Artpop to top the charts.
