Uh-oh. Looks like Miley Cyrus' latest "wild and crazy" stunt might land her in a bit of hot water. Dutch authorities are investigating Cyrus' for appearing to light a joint onstage at the 2013 European Music Awards.

Via AFP:

We received complaints about smoking which was also seen on television. We have to investigate," Tjitte Mastenbroek of the National Food and Consumer Authority (NVWA) told AFP on Tuesday.
"We will shortly be meeting the Ziggo Dome's management to check what exactly happened there," he said, referring to the venue.

Miley seemed to have no regrets about the incident, tweeting the next day "Sometimes in life you just gotta decide to not give AF."

Cyrus later added that "Last night was a blurrrrrrrrrrrrrrr" before thanking the city of Amsterdam.

A source close to the situation told US Weekly that no one knew what Miley was going to do and called the move "brazen" and "shameless."

"It was so uncalled for," the unnamed insider added.

In non-controversial news (depending on how you feel about Lana Del Rey's catalog), Cyrus covered "Summertime Sadness" along with an acoustic rendition of "Wrecking Ball" for BBC Radio 1. Go have a listen.

Do you think Miley Cyrus will get in trouble for her EMA antics?
