Ho, ho, ho! It seems as though Santa has come a little early for Arianators. Yesterday (Nov. 14), an old holiday demo from "Right There" singer Ariana Grande leaked online, and the snowy, happy track "I Don't Want To Be Alone For Christmas."

The track heavily evokes the Mariah Carey influences Grande is so well known for now. Small sleigh bells shake in the background as full band instrumentation bops along in the background. The chorus builds, with heavier bells and a dazzling piano riff, as Grande's voice blends into the music, at times rising above for some comforting holiday notes.

As for Grande's voice in this track, it doesn't show off her mad crazy singing skills like many of the tracks on her debut album Yours Truly. There are no real high notes, no glamorous runs, nothing. Though the song does have that classical holiday flavor, it lacks a distant Ariana-ness that makes her music stand out. Listen to the track over at Perez Hilton.

Perhaps the reason that the leaked track doesn't sound quite so Grande is because the song is an old demo! Yes, "I Don't Want To Be Alone For Christmas" is not a part of Grande's upcoming holiday EP, which was announced via the singer and her manager Scooter Braun earlier this month. Instead, it's from what Grande refers to as her "fetus days" and won't see an official release.

Grande addressed the leaked track on her Twitter account. "To those of u listening to that old demo of mine that leaked... if u liked that, you're going to love the songs ACTUALLY ON the Xmas EP," she wrote.

The first track from Grande's Christmas project will be released Tuesday, Nov. 19. It will be a reworking of the Wham! Holiday classic "Last Christmas."
