Just another day with another Justin Bieber controversy. Is it the non-stop media attention that makes it seem like Bieber is in constant trouble or is it the singer's behavior? Either way, the "Boyfriend" singer is once again in the news for alleged bad behavior. This time TMZ reports Bieber's neighbor called the cops on the singer for disturbing the piece. This is the same neighbor who called the police on the singer for allegedly spitting in his face. When will it stop?

TMZ reports that Bieber threw a huge party at his house in Calabasas, California. The party allegedly included around 100 people and the one and only Snoop Lion. According to the gossip site, the cops were called around 1am at which point the cops came to the house and asked someone at Bieber's house to keep the noise down. Unfortunately, they didn't. Apparently the neighbor called the cops again around 3am. The police showed up and allegedly smelled weed, which isn't a huge shocker. However, police didn't arrest anyone. So another close call with the cops was probably enough to settle down the party right?

Not so fast. The cops were called once again at 5am in the morning by the neighbor who this time also filed a police report claiming Bieber was disturbing the peace. The L.A. County district attorney will look over the case and decide whether or not to prosecute Bieber.

This incident could go either way. It definitely seems like there is bad blood between Bieber and this neighbor. Does the neighbor just have it out for Beiber? Maybe. However, if the cops had to be called three times in the middle of the night then the party likely was just a tad too loud. It could be that the reason the police didn't take action; however, was that they didn't see reason for it. Which may show that the neighbor was a little too anxious to call the cops. Either way, even if Bieber were prosecuted I wouldn't expect to see him behind bars any time soon.
