Demi Lovato's partying days may be over, but one would never guess it from her new, sexy music video. Today (Nov. 21), the X Factor judge finally released the official visual for her third Demi single "Neon Lights," and it's one bright good time.

The video follows no real linear narrative but instead features Lovato in a variety of blue-tinged dance scene scenarios, lounging in deep water and at a massive, wet rave.

Lovato can be seen dancing while rocking some flashy day-glo makeup, stomping in a sensible suit with shirtless background dancers and writhing around in a skintight catsuit (and looking hotter than ever while doing so). Lovato isn't known for her dancing abilities per se, but she manages to hype up the party atmosphere of "Neon Lights" in this clip while still keeping up with more skilled dancers behind her.

Fans also get a slight hint of nudity in "Neon Lights," as Lovato treads water while baring her shoulders. As opposed to the overt sexuality of the catsuit bending, these scenes are a little more demure but help to add to the sensual feel of the clip.

"Neon Lights" is a huge departure from Lovato's last music video "Made In The USA," which she co-directed. That clip featured a linear, patriotic story while Lovato was kept mostly in the background, performing at a county fair.

"Neon Lights" is the third single from Lovato's most recent album Demi, following up the smash hit "Heart Attack" and "Made In The USA." Beginning in Feb. 2014, she will embark on a tour of the same name, featuring Cher Lloyd, Little Mix and Fifth Harmony.
