Will Scandal's Scott Foley reunite with Felicity co-star Keri Russell on The Americans?

Scott Foley currently plays former B613 super-spy Jake Ballard on the ABC smash hit Scandal, but the actor once shared screen time with Keri Russell on Felicity. Russell has once again found television success with The Americans, so could Foley reunite with his former co-star on her new show?

Foley told E! Online that he would like nothing more than to work with Russell again.

"I would love to do a guest-starring thing on The Americans," Foley said. "We have so many shows that we watch, but my wife and I DVR that show. Oh my God, Keri Russell is amazing. Matthew Rhys is amazing. Noah Emmerich is amazing. The whole cast is fantastic, and the fact that's a period piece and they get to wear these f--king clothes and dress up...I mean, it's amazing."

The only problem is that he can't put the wheels in motion himself because, as he told E! Online, he doesn't have her cell phone number. But he did reveal the last time he and Russell spoke.

"We spoke briefly, Keri and I; she called me out of the blue. She ran into someone that knew me and was at an event and she called me. It was like midnight," Foley said. "I was like, "What? Keri? What?" Like a couple of years ago and that was the last I've heard from her."

As for Scandal, the actor talked about the breakneck pace at which the show moves:

"So much amazing, mind-blowing stuff happens, I sent out a tweet after the table read that said I've been on television shows that had less story in the first 50 episodes than Scandal has in episode nine," Foley said. "I felt like I'd run a marathon after reading this script!"
