Glamour Magazine is all about supporting strong women, and they created an exclusive video showcasing some of the "Wonder Women" of our time (entitled Selena Gomez, Gloria Steinem on the Power of Giving Back and Creating Change). In the below video, they spill their secrets for success (because the goal is to help everyone!) and talk about being role models in the "Living the Part" segment.

Singer and actress Selena Gomez says, "The one thing that I do try to let my fans know is that I'm going through everything they're going through. I'm completely normal as best as I can be," Gomez smiles and pauses for a slight moment at this part, perhaps thinking of her history with one of the most famous pop stars of the moment, Justin Bieber. "And I think that's something we can all relate to," Gomez says of trying to get through life's tough spots.

Glee's Lea Michele speaks of her past role models on Broadway growing up and then says, "It's tough and it's a lot of pressure," of being looked up to. "I don't think it's something that a lot of people can..or would want to have in their life," Michele says. She goes on to talk about Glee, "I'm proud to play a character who I could say is a role model...I want to live my everyday life in a way that would make them proud," Michele speaks of her fans looking up to both her and her character Rachel on Glee.

Jenna Lyons, President and Executive Creative Director of J.Crew, gets emotional: "It is such an honor to have someone look at your style and want to emulate that. And it's something I'm sort of..I'm sort of speechless about," Lyons says.

Other women featured in the short video include Gloria Steinem, photographer Cindy Sherman, former First Lady Barbara Bush, documentary filmmaker Rory Kennedy. You can watch for yourself here.
