Some of the most copied hairstyles at salons around the country come from actresses Jennifer Aniston and Jessica Biel. They effortlessly change their cut and color and we're interested every time. Celebrity stylist Raphael Reboh is responsible for the big "hair magic" moments you've seen on Aniston and Biel (and more -- Jennifer Lopez, Cameron Diaz, models Claudia Schiffer and Chrissy Tiegen to name a few!).

One of the biggest mysteries: how do these women keep their hair so gloriously shiny, full and soft (looking)?! Even with all the color processing their strands undergo, the hair still remains healthy as if it was never touched.

Here, Raphael Reboh, owner of Femme Coiffure Hair Spa in Miami, Florida shares his top tips to keep your hair with the same strength and life as the stars. It doesn't matter who you are (we're looking at you, guys) or what your hair type, following these guidelines serves as the foundation for movie-star gorgeous locks.

Try to...

  • use the warm setting on your hairdryer versus the hottest setting
  • point your hairdryer downward to reduce frizz
  • head to the hairdresser every eight weeks and stay on top of your trims
  • cut down on time flat-ironing your hair straight. Products can help make it just as sleek after you've done some initial straightening. Hot tools in general wear on your hair with time.

Don't...

  • wash your hair every single day! This can strip it of its natural oils that keep it shiny and moisturized. If you're prone to oily hair, dab some dry shampoo into your scalp. You can even put your hair into a Paris-chic messy bun if you really feel like a greaseball still.
  • forget your diet. Keeping your proteins levels up can help build your hair proteins and maintain its health.

Already a hair expert? This may seem obvious. Stay tuned for more insider tips from stylists for the stars.
