We all know of the traditional eyelash curler that gets your lashes longer looking, or even the old spoon trick. (Yes, a renowned makeup artist once shared she uses a spoon to help curl lashes when she doesn't have an eyelash curler.)

Well celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston kick it up a notch from the traditional. Ever heard of the Japonesque Heated Mini Eyelash Curler? It's small enough to throw into your tiniest makeup bag and makes a lasting curl that looks natural. No falsies needed here.

If it sounds complicated, Aniston herself has said it's extremely simple to use. She's told InStyle she first uses some conditioning gel to prime them before using the "little heated curler from Japan."

What you can't do easily from the comforts of your own home or as a quick fix in the bathroom: eyelash tinting. Aniston also told InStyle "I hate wearing mascara, so I tint my lashes every three weeks."

But back to the heated eyelash curler. You would think it would be super expensive and just reserved for the stars, but there are scores of reviews from women on Makeupalley.com and Beauty.com sharing firsthand experiences with it.

Drum roll: You can add this to your Christmas list for just $16. (Sounds more like stocking-stuffer prices.) Sometimes the conditioning gel is four times the price. Japonesque also carries makeup such as a new Velvet Touch Blush to complete the bright-eyed, warm-winter-glow look. Here's a peek at what the curler looks like:

Have you ever tried this? More importantly, would you try it for a holiday party or gift? You can get the curler at Ulta.com
