Kanye West's tour hit Atlanta over the weekend... and a SLEW of celebrity pals came out to show their support. Kim Kardashian, TI, Keri Hilson, Lil Bow Wow, Monica, and 2 Chainz were there, just to name a few. Oh, and fellow rapper Lil Wayne made it to the concert... with his rumored side chick!

Weezy tried mixing with the crowd, but MediaTakeOut cameras still managed to spot him. The "Lolipop" crooner was seated next to some friends and a sexy "mystery" girl. According to the infamous webloid, "We know her face from somewhere... she looks like a FAMILIAR LATINA VIXEN!!"

The infamous gossip webloid MediaTakeOut.com reports that a Jazmine, a gorgeous and well-known dancer at the club, is currently "getting her freak off" with Weezy.

Back in September, Jazmine retweeted this Lil Wayne message:
