The sports car that killed Fast and Furious actor, Paul Walker had warning signs all over it. The Porsche warned dealers, in writing about how drivers should drive the car, and that just anyone should not drive the vehicle, due to it's hyper sensitivity to road conditions.

TMZ has obtained a copy of a memo sent from Porsche HQ to multiple dealers in the Midwest back in 2004 ... right before the $500K Carrera GT went on sale -- and it explains how ridiculously powerful the car is, but also that ... "this vehicle cannot drive over a Foster Beer can that is lying on its side."

You can also see that the Porsche executive says, "You need to be aware of what type of road surface you are on (dips; pot holes, seam heights, etc.)" It also says clearly, " the Carrera GT is as close to a racecar as we will ever get. This car has all the disadvantages of a racecar."

The warnings were clear on the label, Rodas was an experienced trained driver,  the Porsche document makes it clear experience isn't always enough especially if the road surface isn't ideal, and it is sad that accidents happen. Roger L. Rodas leaves a wife and two children.

TMZ also noted that the road where Paul and Roger Rodas crashed is covered with reflective dots, like the ones you've probably driven over harmlessly thousands of times.

Police are still investigating the exact cause of the accident, and, so far, have only said speed was a factor, and autopsy is scheduled for today.
