Kristen Stewart left behind as Robert Pattinson heads to London, 'reunion over the holidays' rumors just a hoax? R-Patz eager for family's approval of rekindled romance

Rumors suggest that "Twilight" lovebirds Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are back together on the "down-low." Apparently, the couple spent a romantic Thanksgiving dinner together and K-Stew cooked all of R-Patz's favorite foods. Such claims were never confirmed. Most of the gossip surrounding the young Hollywood duo is just flippant speculation... who knows if Robsten is actually back together? In fact, Pattinson recently jetted-off back to London, leaving Stewart behind in LA. What's up with that?

R-Patz looked better than ever and even happily signed autographs for fans outside LAX on Dec. 2, before he hopped on a plane to London.

The infamous gossip webloid suggests that Pattinson's heading back home to convince his fam that the "SWATH" starlet is the right girl for him.

As several fans already know, the British heartthrob's family and friends aren't the biggest fans of K-Stew...

Anyway, while Pattinson is gone, Stewart manages to pass the time by hanging out with her gal pals. On the same day R-Patz left town, the 23-year-old actress was spotted celebrating friend Kassie Vervynck's birthday.

"Kristen went out with her closest friends Dec. 2 to celebrate a friend's birthday Mexican style," an insider reveals to HollywoodLife. "She had a really good time. There were about 12 people at the party. Rob wasn't there."
