American Horror Story: Coven returns after a one-week break with all new episode on Wednesday night and spoilers indicate that it's going to be, in a word, disgusting.

The "Spoiler Chat" column at E! Online reports that tonight's episode will feature the return of the uptight neighbor who lives next door to the coven's house, and she plans to teach her son a lesson in an extreme manner:

"Ty: I ask every week and have yet to hear from you guys: Coven spoilerssss!

The only reason we paid attention to your query this week was because of all the extra s's on 'spoilers.' Tonight, we recommend not eating until after the opening credits. But if you are eating during American Horror Story, rethink your dinner schedule. Zoe and Madison will try and bring Queenie back to the coven, but all she has for them are warnings about war. Meanwhile, remember the crazy religious lady next door? Tonight's episode will show you just how nuts she is when she forces her son to cleanse himself 'inside and out.' Literally."

That just sounds completely disturbing, but that's pretty much par for the course for this show.

If that weren't enough, the "Ask Ausiello" column at TVLine has more! We left off with Zoe (Taissa Farmiga), Madison (Emma Roberts) and Kyle (Evan Peters) in the midst of a crazy human/undead threesome. But Madison and Kyle are apparently going to have a problem during tonight's episode:

"Question: I binge-watched AHS: Coven this weekend and I am hooked. Is there any hope for Zombie Kyle? -Nikki
While still not a cunning linguist, Kyle's speech is improving, although Madison isn't exactly thrilled with what he says in this week's episode."

We'll find out what has Madison so upset when American Horror Story: Coven airs at 10 p.m. Wednesday on FX.
