The Voice aired its Top 5 results show for Season 5 and officially set the field for the finals next week with three remaining contestants. But which two acts got sent home?

Tuesday night's episode featured performances from four former Voice contestants: Season 3 champion Cassadee Pope, Season 4 winner Danielle Bradbery and Season 4 runners-up Michelle Chamuel and The Swon Brothers. The show also presented Cassadee with her first Gold Record for hitting 500,000 sales on her debut single "Wasting All These Tears."

Carson Daly got down to business very early on in the show and announced that James Wolpert (Team Adam) had received the lowest number of votes this week and thus had been eliminated from the competition. This was hardly a shock because James barely made it into the Top 5 thanks to the Instant Save.

The host then popped up throughout the broadcast to announce the names of the acts that had advanced to the finals. They were, in chronological order:

Tessanne Chin (Team Adam)

Jacquie Lee (Team Christina)

Will Champlin (Team Adam)

This meant that Cole Vosbury (Team Blake) was the second elimination. Furthermore, it meant that Blake Shelton's dominance on The Voice would not continue into Season 5 and his three-season winning streak officially came to an end. Adam Levine has largely dominated Season 5, and he now has a two-out-of-three chance to capture his first win since Season 1. Christina Aguilera has never won but she has a chance to change that next week.

What do you think, Voice fans? Did the right three acts make the finals? Let us know in the comments.
