VH1's 'Real Chance of Love' star fights cancer with a successful operation

VH1's Real Chance of Love star, Ahmad Givens had surgery last Wednesday to remove a huge part of colon cancer, and is now recovering successfully. 

TMZ reported that a rep for the star said doctors started to operate Wednesday night, after finding out they were right with their diagnoses of colon cancer, and the stage 4 rectal cancer was removed all the way. 

Other problems occurred when doctors discovered that "Real" also had 7 tumors in his liver. During the operation doctors also removed those and left a small portion that was too deep inside of his liver. Radiation treatment will be performed in order to remove the rest of his liver cancer. 

Doctors were not expecting the former TV star to live, but as of now "Real" is fighting for his chance to survive, with his successful operation. 

Colon cancer is a deadly disease, but if detected at the right time, it can be treated.
