Miley Cyrus is getting serious with new love interest and Liam Hemsworth's former friend, Kellan Lutz and wants to spend her New Year's Eve with him for Dick Clark's New Year's Eve at Times Square in New York City.

According to Us Weekly, the couple got more serious after the Christmas holidays and Cyrus wants to move things a little faster.

 "Miley wants Kellan to be her guest at Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve Concert in New York. Miley is super excited to perform and she's going to be doing something very exciting for the show. Something she's never done before and wants Kellan to be her VIP guest. There's a huge party after the concert as well," the source revealed.

According to Us Weekly, the couple have been "hooking up ever since" early December. The knife digs deeper into Hemsworth as the "Wrecking Ball" singer even invited Lutz to the Bahamas over the Holidays.

The magazine claims tat photographers caught then alleged couple getting off her private jet when she landed in Miami before taking off for their romantic Bahamas trip.
