The Big Bang Theory returns for Season 7 with a new episode entitled "The Hesitation Ramification" on Thursday, Jan. 2. But we're going to skip over that episode for now because we've got spoilers for the Jan. 9 episode entitled "The Occupation Recalibration."

A user on The Big Bang Theory Forum posted a report from the episode taping and the post details that Penny quits her job at the Cheesecake Factory in order to pursue acting in a full-time capacity. She and Leonard talk outside of their respective apartments and she says that she wants to make the big move and quit. Leonard preaches patience, but she informs him that she already quit yesterday. Leonard hugs her and says he is happy for her, but the look on his face tells a different story.

The two later get into an argument when Leonard accidentally reveals that he thinks her quitting is a terrible idea. Sheldon butts in, of course, and asks where their relationship is going and if they are all going to move in together once they get married.

And on that subject, the report also reveals that Penny has drunkenly proposed to Leonard! It's unclear if this happens in the previous episode, "The Hesitation Ramification" or at some point in "The Occupation Recalibration."

Elsewhere in the episode, Sheldon is forced to take vacation days and quickly gets bored, a geologist named Bert (Brian Posehn) has a crush on Amy and Bernadette goes with Stuart into his rival's comic book store.
