Will Oliver and Felicity kiss in 'Arrow' Season 2?

The CW's Arrow has become a successful superhero show thanks to its character development and its willingness to incorporate other characters from the DC Universe, such as Barry Allen/The Flash. But there's still a romance or two mixed into the story, and Oliver Queen has not one, but two ladies in his life that qualify as a love interest.

One of them, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards), had some flirtations with Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) in the midseason finale, which further complicated matters. And Ollie (Stephen Amell) still has Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy) very much in his orbit.

Fans are wondering with whom Ollie will wind up, and executive producer Andrew Kreisberg told TV Guide that the Green Arrow is still figuring that out, too:

"Oliver isn't quite sure what he feels. He knows he feels something for (Felicity), but can't quite define it. He's surprised in [the mid-season finale] when Dig (David Ramsey) points out to him that what [he's] feeling right now might actually be termed jealousy. For Felicity, she doesn't want to like Oliver in a way because she finds him unattainable, and in a way he is unattainable especially after... he said that it's probably better that [he's] not with somebody he cares about. While she really does like Barry, I think she probably throws even more into it because now he's somebody who is available. The fallout from Episode 9 carries over into the next episodes as far as the Oliver and Felicity relationship is concerned. Barry has had a profound effect on them, and that will carry through."
